Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) The CURE

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
I’ve been taking vitamin for almost 2 years now. To be specific I’m using Rhea Vitamin C. My professor in college told me that vitamins C can make your skin lighter or even fairer with the help of ample amount of water or H2O and you what? she’s right.

I can’t say that my skin is glowing but at least I can brag that it’s fairer. There are lots of benefits that we can get from taking vitamins c. Working for 16 hours a day will make your skin dry, your immune system will get weaker, and worst you will get various diseases.

My secret in living a healthy life style is taking Vitamin C, but let me remind you “I’m not a doctor” I don’t know if it works to others but it works to me. Whenever I feel cold or flu, I take 1000 milligrams of Vitamin C with lots of water. I want to take good care of my kidney, avoiding medicine or drugs will help me achieve my goals.

In the WHO (world health organization) the recommended intake of vitamin C is 45 milligrams per day. In The United States of America the Recommended Dietary Allowance (adult male) is 90 mg per day and for Adult Female 75 mg per day. Tolerable Upper Intake Level (adult male) and (Adult Female) is 2,000 mg per day.

I think I’m taking the right dosage. Since Vitamin C is a natural anti-oxidant it helps us prevent or treat scurvy. It also helps lowering your uric acid if it’s above normal. High level of vitamin C in their blood stream my reduce stroke and those who has lower vitamins are risk for stroke.

Research proves that Vitamins C can treat or prevent common cold except in limited circumstances. Mind you guys careful in taking vitamin C because too much intake of Vitamins C can cause indigestion.

If you’re going to purchase vitamins C please go to Certified drugs store and choose a good brand because some  Pharmaceutical company’s they gives us less dose.
